Should you require further assistance, our engineers are on standby, ready to guide you through international telephone or video conferencing, all at no extra charge. Note: If overseas service is needed, local service costs are not covered.

Q 2. Warranty Information:
A Enjoy peace of mind with a one-year warranty. If any initial parts or elements fail due to manufacturing defects within this period, Shenzhen Xiangxing Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. will replace them at no charge. However, freight charges and consumable parts like dies and cutting molds are excluded. The warranty is void if damage results from user error or force majeure events.

A We are happy to assist in sourcing raw material suppliers. Should you need, we can coordinate ordering on your behalf and, if possible, arrange for simultaneous shipment with your machine.
